Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own. I have over 20 years of experience working in IT. Over 10 years in Australia as a contract programmer for companies like NAB, Bosch, etc. I am now based in Malaysia. I am very good at communicating with clients and understanding and solving complex problems. Your spec is good but lacks detail. It's not entirely clear if this is a full on torrent side. The screen shots only shows a categorization or search criteria app. I cannot see any upload or download. So I assume this is just a front end for some torrent services you already have in the backend. I have extensive experience with PHP, Javascript, JQuery, Responsive design, Ajax, CSS3 & mySql. I prefer projects where the clients are ready to go and committed to finishing the project ASAP. I do all the work myself and don't subcontract. In my last project, my German client told me his programmer estimated one month for the project. It was a complicated PLC system interfaced with a CSS 3D UI. I quoted 6 days. We finished the project in 10 days due to delays by his programmer. He said I was the first programmer that chased him to finish the project. We need further discussion to confirm if my assumptions are correct, your requirement is met and if your budget and my bid is reasonable. Lets talk more.
