i need a small product made

I need a small box made (whether it be wood, plastic, or other materials.) this box will house certain devices (such as a gas/diesel tank, spark plug) I am not actually quite sure what it will house, i need somebody who knows maybe small engines or other things that are similar. But basically this device needs to be small, cheap and it needs to actually be able to have the option for users to input fuel into it and have this box create a "puff" or cloud of smoke.. aka it needs to produce a small amount of pollution! I do not have the design for this product, but i have the idea. I need somebody who is capable of designing and producing this product. Not just a product sourcer this is a brand new product that needs to be designed. It needs to actually create a small, safe amount of real pollution. Whether it is from burning gasoline, diesel or other fluids. It needs to be safe, a very small box, that you can actually input a fuel into it, whether gasoline or diesel. Serious inquiries only.
