Hello, i am an experienced Delphi developer and would like to solve your requirement with Delphi and the IEVision image SDK. I used it before for face detection on webcams and scanned documents. It can also detect different type of objects. Before accepting the bid i would like to make a test. Can you please provide a sample video and images you want to be processed? Hello sir, I m currently university student in Sri lanka (information technology hons in university of moratuwa). My second Year project was to create a software for convert any 2D video into 3D. We used opencv and FFmpeg as libraries. So our team is looking for another image processing project.
