Hello! I viewed your model or tried to... at 23 million tris it's pretty hefty for sketchfab. I believe I'm the right guy for this. I'll start by significantly lowering the poly count either using a procedural method or by dissolving verts by hand. - I'll then pack your textures into one to two 8k or 4k maps and optimize UV's. - After that you should have an easier time working with it. - I'll also replace any textures that are not tiling with tillable textures to save some memory. - I'm pretty sure most water sims cannot be exported so I can either do a water sim in your preferred program or I can do a parallax texture that will make the water appear to move while retaining its lowpoly.
