Prestashop 404Jobs
Our company has a website that uses PrestaShop. We recently did an upgrade to the latest version 1.7.8.8 and everything worked perfect except the checkout feature. After a customer add the item to the shopping cart and clicks "Proceed to checkout" we get an error HTTP ERROR 500. The PrestaShop backend works perfect. Not as critical but we also have an issue with product images. When you click on "View larger" the image opens up but not a big image. The image is shown like the small snippet.

Hello, We've a strange issue in prestashop 1.7. If we try to edit an existing product in backend the images are not displayed (in frontend no issue), this happen also if we try to load a new product. Also there is another little issue, in mobile view the backend burger menu doesn't work. Have to fix both asap.

Hi My shop is built with BigCommerce. We deactivated AMP pages 3 weeks ago but Google has not updated its cache yet. We are therefore getting 404 errors on mobile search results for all of our products, and we need to stop this immediately. I am following this guide to do this: Step 1: (delete AMP version of page from your CMS) is done. Step 2: I have attempted to do this by adding URL "" (my store is ) but I'm not sure this would have covered all my (5,500) products. Step 3: I do not understand how to do this, it is too technical. Hello I currently have a custom module/extension in php (Prestashop) which updated product QTY based on SKU from different suppliers. Later its updated on frontend for customer purchase-information - example: "On stock at supplier, + 5 delivery days" The data is mainly fetched via FTP (cron job) - but it can also be done via scraping. In some cases it also fetches "future delivery dates" which is when the supplier expects a product to be back on stock if its currently out of stock (or if it restocks at this time). This data is again displayed on frontend for customer purchase-information. The project consists of correcting errors in our virtual store at the Back office level. In this store, the migration to Prestashop 1.7.8 was carried out and it was left with errors regarding the change of order statuses, automatic email templates were reset and the originals must be restored (it has backup) in addition , the store presents errors in the modification of the products since it does not save the changes. Bonjour, J'ai un gros fichier Json de produits fournisseur, que je dois importer sur prestashop. En général j'utilise mon logiciel PrestashopManager mais là je coince. Le fichier est assez complexe, avec beaucoup de produits qui proposent beaucoup de declinaisons possibles et avec impact sur le prix. Je cherche donc quelqu'un capable de m'aider sur ce point, à mon avis cela passera par la création de plusieurs fichiers pour dissocier les produits de leurs combinaisons, tout en les formatant correctement pour pouvoir les importer dans prestashop 1.7. Je n'ai pas le temps de chercher de mon coté... Merci d'avance
