Hello, I am Pan from Greece and i need a design for the above title.

First of all apologies for my broken English of the upcoming description.

Its all about a vacation rental house/villa on an island close to the beach and the exterior area is missing and its under construction. The pool is already built in paragon shape with this colour:

This is the final idea design to fit into the plan:

-A dinning area with a big table for 12-14 people ( Right side of the plan )
-BBQ ( Right side of the plan )
-Lounge with some beds for relax ( Right side of the plan )
-External shower ( Bottom left side of the plan )
-Small hidden place for the pool man to store the pool essentials to clean the filters etc ( Top left side of the plan )
-The natural fence to the right side of Tamarisk trees it better to remain as it is, maybe a small stone wall in front around 80cm is fine
-The north side of the plan all the way to left to right which is 28m long should be a stone wall of 2m height to be protected the area from the north winds as well. Check the inspiration folder to see how the wall will be at the specific image i mention,
-The areas ( bbq, dinning etc should be under the shade of a Pergola made with chestnut tree and a bamboo as a roof )
-Plantations: Palm trees ( Coconut or Washington ) , medium big size succulents plants, cactus and evergreen trees in general so not to spread around leaves into the pool etc.
-Sunbeds / Poufs to be placed for 6-8 people

As you can see a deserted boho style is much preferred with tropical touches.

Materials to be used:

Cement with sand ( beige colour )
Stones ( check the photos in attachments )
Bamboos and Reeds any diameter from small to big
Wood ( preferable chestnut wood )
Preferable furniture build with cement ( and the sunbeds maybe )
Anything else you suggest

There you will see the stone wall how it will be and the floor.

Photos are coming with descriptions on the file name and some markups with red colour to notice the detail. Please read/view them its very important to understand how we wish this project.

  You will experience major problems while applying the winning design. Also, the evening sun will disturb people and will not provide enough comfort.
  You wanted a maximum 80 cm wall to be built in the barbecue area. I see it is level with the north wall.
  The exit from the stairs to the dining area is a negative thing like dividing a large area into two in terms of design principle. the use of space that allows you to choose the winner as I understand it. excessive use of space. but the project description includes a lounge area with several beds and a dining table for 12 people.
  
  It is your discretion to choose the winner, but it would be a fairer choice if you remember the actual implementation steps and what you want. great efforts are made.
  
  instead of gaining 5 customers at 300 euros per night. It is your choice to win 15 customers at 100 euro per night.
  
  the design is created by gaining space, not using space.

Hi pan, can you tell me how far from the north side of pool we can built the 2m wall? Because on the plan you have mentioned about 2.7m and on some images I guess it can be more as you have cleared the trees and plants.
