In the 4th month, 60% of project was completed. VIServices will claim it is because of additions, and that is not true. Despite their lateness, I decided to increase the bid and releases escrows for milestones prior to task completion. When VIServices refused to complete project, I terminated their services. Overall, Senthil did a good job with tasks he completed, but there were tasks that were either half completed or not done at all.
