I have worked in logistics for a multinational company and for a LATAM startup, having experienced the differences of growth, burocracy and technology. I actually had a better time in the latter one due to the environment, the need to improve the operation daily and the importance my voice had in decisions. I had my own startup for a while, where I planned every step forward and got the clients. This was a fashion and beauty marketplace that integrated small businesses' ecommerce and payment methods in order to provide a new sales channel. Brands just had to keep their ecommerce website up to date, in our marketplace (Wallaru) the information was synchronized in real time. Now I am working at Filadd (YC S21), an edtech, playing my role as a Business Developer and working on the user experience as a UX/UI Designer for the Community of exam models and documents.
