Accounting Assistant/ Client Support Specialist

I have 3 years and 1 month experience managing our account for the rental stores as Accounting Assistant. I do coordinate with the Accounting personnel and Managers in regards with the payments we need to settle every month and doing some reconciliation to check all the accounts. Also, on my recent job I am a Client Support Specialists for a year and 3 months which I handled Property Management for the rental homes and maintenance requests which is clients are located at Atlanta, Georgia. Our main goal for that position is to help applicants look for a better and comfortable home for them. By the time that they have decided to live on that property and became tenants, when they have a request to repair any part of the house or fix some stuff, we are helping them to communicate with the property owner and the handyman. We our communicating with them for the smooth flow on their living and to make sure that their request have been repaired.
