I have been graduated from the Mechanical Design and Production Department at the Credit hours System in Faculty of Engineering of Cairo University in May 2013. During the undergraduate period, I've received technical trainings and workshops related to the mechanical and industrial engineering. Then, I was attached to the armed forces as a lieutenant, then a first lieutenant, where I started working as a production engineer and it was the first step in my career. I was responsible for the management of the aluminium workshop. In parallel, I've completed the first part in the Master Degree about System Dynamics as a main subject. Then, I've worked as a process engineer in MCV, working on documenting bill of materials and sequences of routing of every part and assembly in its all levels till the main product are documented in the consideration of cost and time constraints. Now, I am working as a design engineer for MCV, Supporting the study of bus designs and investigate of possible design solutions. Lately, I have been fascinated by the data analysis and data science. As a mechanical engineer, I deal with big data such as materials, weights, machines, cost, and quality. Analysing these data would enhance explaining many issues and improving the quality of the overall manufacturing process. It will spot the light on the main problems that obstruct the feasibility, as well as, it can help in making proper decisions regarding purchasing plans and upgrading tools and equipment. In addition, department such as sales, after sales and technical support can apply data analysis methods in order to reach customer satisfaction and gather the more frequent complains. At the moment, I am studying my Data Analysis Master degree at Cairo University. It is expected to finish it in June 2022. I get many course for Excel, Python, investigating problems in a dataset and wrangling the data, cleaning and visualizing. I am looking forward to using data science in engineering because I believe this will result in many interesting and important findings.
