CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION:
Our dedicated coordinator communicates with the customer’s dedicated coordinator. We divide customer communication into two parts i.e. Management Customer Communication and Technical Customer Communication. All management related info, issues are taken care by our management customer communication coordinator.
Project status is usually reported to our customer on a weekly basis using Project Status Reports, sent through e-mail.
Every milestone is delivered to the customer physically [based on customer request] at the customer’s place or through FTP.
The requirement gathering of the project can be done by our team physically at the customer place or over conference calls, email, chat.
