I am a Project Manager with nine years of IT commercial experience of which over 4 have been spent on managing projects. I have managed an innovative project in the area of virtualized cloud platforms for a leading international telecom operator. The project focused mainly in migration of the key infrastructure and services from physical server instances to vmware environments coordinating a team of software architects, administrators, business analysts and additional support teams. The team was mainly distributed in different european countries while frequent and close cooperation with the customer was required in order to manage time and budget limitations. I also managed 5 different commercial projects for current employee clients. The type of projects varies from research and development trough time and material with fixed scope and price at the end.
