I am an Expert in use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), that make communication even more efficient in organization and businesses with knowledge of appropriate productivity software.
I have understanding of the full potential of how information and communication technology (ICT) can enhances workplace success and project delivery.
In my experience spanning over 20 years, I have done several publications. Currently I do consultancy work in ICT.
MY ICT SKILLS
1. DESKTOP PUBLISHING: I am quite polished in creation of information materials for print and/ or distribution. These include fliers, brochures, newsletters, and more. I am creative with artistic eye that is good for desktop publishing. I am good with MS Publisher, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Print Settings, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw.
2. WORD PROCESSING: I am proficient the use of Microsoft Word. I use word processing technology to produce written business document which include business letters, meeting minutes, and more) using a computer processor such as Microsoft Word. Additionally, transcription and typing speed at 40 words per minute and note taking.
3. DATA MANAGEMENT AND QUERIES: I am able to manage data using spreadsheets. Furthermore, I am able to analyze data and recognize trends and patterns and I am proficient with Microsoft Excel.
4. EMAIL MANAGEMENT AND SETUP: I am able to effectively and successfully communicate via email. Depending on the level of expertise required by your client, I am able to manage settings or set up email accounts on various work devices. This includes MS Outlook, Gmail and G-Suite, written communication, digital signatures, stationary settings, out of the office settings.
5. ONLINE RESEARCH: I have online information management skills, necessary for Search Engine Research, Checking Sources, Crediting Sources, FAQs, and Online Forums
6. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: I have social media literacy, in Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Social Media Groups for additional in project and office work.
7. ONLINE COLLABORATION: Online collaboration for sharing information with clients online by use of Video Conferencing Software, Skype, GoToMeeting, Instant Messaging, Google Docs, File Sharing, DropBox, Google Hangouts, Zoom.
8. SMARTPHONES AND TABLETS: Knowledgeable in use of smartphone and other communication devices
