I am expert in developing plant layout/ section views/ Piping studies to meet all process, operation and maintenance requirements and deliver the drawing required for construction and fabrications like Piping layout drawing (Plan and section views), piping isometrics, Support detail drawing, Bill of Material for piping, etc
• Shall have extensive experience in performing stress analysis and flexibility calculations for various piping system connected to Compressors, Turbines, Blowers, Pumps, Air Fin Coolers, Large Storage Tanks, Slug Catcher, Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Drums, Pig launcher and receiver, PSV Piping, Underground Piping, etc.
• Flange leakage calculation.
• Conversant with modeling of all Piping Hardware for pipe Stress Analysis like Rod Hangers, struts, low friction supports, Variable Spring Hangers, Constant Spring Hangers, etc.
• Performing dynamics analysis for piping system’s Frequency Check (Modal Analysis).
• Calculating nozzle stiffness and predicting local stress for vessels using Nozzle Pro and SIF calculation using FE PIPE.
• Stress analysis for FRP piping system accordance to ISO 14692.
• Preparation of data sheets for springs, Expansion Joints, Struts. Review of vendor drawings and Technical Bid Evaluation.
• Calculations like wall thickness, pressure drop, line sizing, etc.
