An intranet based District Health information System for the Ministry of Health. It is implemented at the district and health facilities level for health reporting. After entering reports at district and facilities level all data will be transferred to province level. I am team lead of this project. I am take part in design, development and implementation. The tools used are PHP and Postgres Sql Server on Linux plate form. Also configured the dialup servers for province level.
