Mr. Hisham is currently Software Developer Team Leader with more than eight years experience, demonstrating various technician skills. He previously permanently employed as ERP Project Manager with experience in developing real-time, database and web-based products. He successfully apply his skills to many areas engaging in long-term projects to completion as well as urgent problem solving demands. Mr. Hisham has extensive full software life cycle experience with many industry standard methodologies including the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Extreme Programming (XP). Mr. Hisham obtain his Master Degree in Business Information Technologies from Middlesex University (School of Engineering and Information Sciences) located in London. In addition, Mr. Hisham is Microsoft Application Developer Certified. His technical strengths include OOP / OOD / OOA, .Net, SQL, T-SQL, Internet, Content Management, Knowledge Management and Enterprise Integration. Mr. Hisham can adapt to any phase of an existing project from Business Modeling to Production Support.
