**Present Technical Support CAE, Comcast.** Inside technical support on a tier 1-2 level of Comcast High Speed Internet users. Support duties include taking incoming phone calls, checking TCP/IP configurations of users’ computers (MAC and PC), making determinations regarding whether the user is experiencing problems with the Comcast network, or their PC configuration, and making the appropriate fixes. Duties also include light network administrative work, and logging/researching problems in a Remedy ticketing system. Besides providing reliable technical assistance for the CHSI product, a strong emphasis is also placed on user education on common internet practices, such as search engines, email set-up through Outlook Express, Netscape and Internet Explorer browser configuration, and when applicable, making recommendations for websites based on customer needs and questions.
**2001-2002 Technical Service Representative, Communications Test Design, Inc.** Working face to face with customers to resolve problems concerning cellular phone equipment and service. A high degree of patience and understanding, along with effective communication skills coupled with minor sales duties are required to create a pleasant and useful experience for customers.
