Quality Assurance
§ Managing written procedures for production & process control designed to assure that the products adhere to quality parameters.

Process Management/ Re engineering
§ Establishing control procedures to monitor the output and validate the performance of those manufacturing processes that may be responsible for causing variability in the characteristics of in-process material and the product.
§ Ensuring Process validation by establishing documented evidence which provides a high degree of assurance that a specific process consistently produces a product meeting its pre-determined specifications and quality characteristics.
§ Imparting training to manpower on usage of instruments and studying drawing for inspecting components.
Safety & Environment
§ Liaising with Govt. Officials for pollution related matters.
§ Overseeing establishment, certification and maintenance of the system and the required documents as per Environmental Management system. Reviewing policies/ procedures and suggesting improvements.
§ Implementing waste management system and reduction measures, waste water monitoring and control as well as supervise Off-site wastes disposal and management.
§ Hazards & Risk assessment, Update and ensure the compliance to legal requirements.
§ Developing and ensure adherence to operational safety standards, compliance assurance and documentation.
§ Conducting investigation of all accidents/ Occupational health issues and suggest recommendations.
Production Operations
§ Initiating, implementing, and controlling written manufacturing specifications and processing procedures to assure that the process conforms to its original design or any approved changes in that design.
§ Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with minimization of men, material & machine. Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment. Managing the workmen for achieving the production targets of plants.
§ Formulating & ensuring implementation of the operational budgets for production & maintenance.
