ð Managing the working capital and reducing the cycle times for accounts receivables in order to assist cash flow.
ð Establishing strategic cost management systems, techniques, for monitoring various direct costs and overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.
ð Compiling and preparing cost and performance reports, cost benefit analysis and critical analysis of cost reports; recommending necessary corrective actions.
ð Prepare monthly creditors and debtors age analysis. Follow up with customer’s to ensure receipts within the credit period.
