PDF /JPEG – DOC (OCR Conversion) This is an UK based Indian project was executed for 25 seats with a monthly capacity of 20000 pages per month for a TAT of 22 days. This project was executed for a period of 6 months. JOB PROCESS DETAILS:- The job involves that given PDF files has been converted into .doc file by using software ABBY Fine Reader 7.0, then proof reading, formatting as per PDF AND Quality Checked and submission to client. This project we have successfully achieved an accuracy between 98-99% and above. II. MANUAL FORM DATA ENTRY (NBFC CUSTOMERS DATABASE) This is a small data entry project provided by Non Banking Financial Companies to enter customer data base into a customized software package provided by them. Total project duration is 3 months for total volume of 6000 manual forms. JOB PROCESS DETAILS:- Customer details like name , add, phone no… etc. has to be captured from manual forms and the same has to be entered into a customized software package in the relevant field. This was completed successfully with required accuracy level. III. Key-in XM Project This is a ongoing local project from pondicherry based ITES company and the job process involves text has to be manually captured from TIFF images and then XML tagging has to be inserted and will be submitted as .txt file. IV. Form Processing This is an ongoing project from April’06 with Mumbai based MNC Compnay which is world’s 20th largest BPO company. The job process involves text has to be captured from TIFF images into customized client software. Its an german language database.
