I have 5 years working experience on software development. The first 3 years working experiences all about object/articulated object tracking, recognition, and 2D-3D estimation. Human Resource Application(Android)

Oppikoppi is one of the most popular music festival in SA, about 16 000 attendees and around 100 acts for both 2010 and 2011 and an estimated 20 000 attendees and 130 acts for 2012.

A native android application which is designed for this amazing festival. Therefor, a lot of fun functions are required for this app.

The techniques which applied on the app includes: GPS, image processing, local database, messaging, social network, MVC, CMS and more.

CuervoSweet\Thin (Android app for Oppikoppi music festival)

This application can detect a number plate from a view sequence or through a camera. Relevant techniques have been published on Association for Computing Machinery(ACM).

Hand Shape Recognition and Estimation for South African Sign-Language

Southern African Telecommunication Networks and Applications Conference (SATNAC)

I present a novel system which recognises sign language hand shapes from video data captured in 2D, by mapping the recognised hand shape from 2D to 3D, it is possible to obtain 3D co-ordinates of each of the joints within the hand using the kinematics embedded in a 3D avatar hand and smooth the transformation in 3D space between any given hand shapes. http://www.satnac.org.za/proceedings/2011/papers/Software/184.pdf#!
