Here is my role on learnemy.com:
- fix bugs and add new features
- refactor code to optimize and make it run faster
- Install ssl certificate to the web apps in heroku
- Upgrade rails from 3.0 to 3.1 and then to 3.2
- Add feature to pull user information from facebook and ability to post to facebook wall automatically when user allow it
- Prepare vps server using Ubuntu server 12.04
- Move the web app from heroku into vps server
- Create capistrano script to deploy web app into vps server to replace the heroku deploy functionality

Work on Learnemy

With Tusmenus, restaurant owner could add their restaurant to be shown in this website. Visitor could search the restaurant based on location or category. Visitor could also see restaurant menus and features.

Design provided by my client.

I create a registration system, so students could choose the courses and register via website. Students could pay using paypal or choose manual payment. The courses itself is offline.

I use CodeIgniter for backend and jQuery and jQuery-UI for frontend. Design provided by my client.

Donny did excellent work on this project. When things didn't work the first try he patiently worked with me reviewing both his own work and the existing files on my server to help me find the problem. His work style is very logical, organized and similar to mine. For example when additional files needed to be sent, he only included those files that needed to be updated not a whole bunch of files. Therefore, version tracking was easy. His coding was commented enough that even I (a novice worker) could understand the flow. I'm already writing the next project for him.
