My name is Yuriy Malov and I am a web developer and programmer from Moscow, Russia. I have a bachelor's degree in Informations Systems and Computer Science from Petrozavodsk State University. Over the last 15 years, I have become an expert in 9 programming languages and a multitude of ancillary skills relating to PHP web development, AJAX, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, and much, much more. I believe that my competitive advantage is my intuition and aptitude when it comes to understanding my client's needs. While many programmers will simply complete the job as requested - for better or worse - it is very rare to find a programmer who understands the intent and scope of the project, and can contribute productively to the end result. For this reason, I often enjoy making recommendations or suggestions as to how my clients can improve their web development projects.
