I am a designer, with over 20 years of experience as a freelancer. My work has included creating stadium decorations for the International Cricket Council's Champions Trophy, laying out textbook covers for Kendall-Hunt Publishing, and producing numerous posters, brochures, and logos for businesses and non-profits. In addition, I am a professor with 15 years of research, writing, grant application, and teaching experience. My own publications have appeared in both academic and popular press periodicals. As a copy writer, I have chiefly focused on developing search engine optimized content for websites, as well as entries for online dictionaries and encyclopedias. I also occasionally write copy for greeting cards and compose journalist-style pieces. As a copyeditor, I regularly assist international clients who are not native English speakers to improve the existing copy on their websites. I also review and line edit non-fiction manuscripts.
