Experienced in creating 508 compliant PDFs both static and fillable from MS Office source files, as well as converting non-compliant PDFs into compliant versions. Experienced in using Adobe Live Cycle to create fillable PDFs Experienced in hand-coding websites for the Federal Government, using various web technologies including but not limited to HTML 4, CSS 2, JavaScript, DHTML & XHTML residing in a .Net environment. Familiar with JavaScript Libraries such as JQuery Familiar with the use of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) & Content Management Systems (CMS) to deliver content for dynamic web sites.
