Acting as a managing director for AWTAD architectural designs ,an architectural design and technical firm and acting as Project Manager for several public and private projects. - Madinaty Clinical Center ,New Cairo the project is the Main Clinical Center located in Madinaty city serving the residential sector according to the health care and developer’s regulations with area of 950 m2 ,responsible for issuing the conceptual ,schematic phases as design phases and design development ,final design and tender documents as construction phases acting in this project as project manager ,duration of the project is 9 months. - TEDA Investment Service Center, Ain Sokhna , The project is the translation for the vision of the Chinese government regarding the investment sector in Egypt through developing an industrial compound in Ain el-sokhna to serve the investment economical purpose. The 7 floors office building was meant to serve the business sector in the investment center through development of the area concerning the economical investment axis ,issuing the Final Design documents ,acting in this project as project manager ,duration of the project is 4 months. - TEDA Hostel, Ain Sokhna , The project is a 6 floors hostel was meant to serve the business involved individuals and the resident professional for the concerned investment companies benefitting from the project , issuing the Final Design documents ,acting in this project as project manager ,duration of the project is 4 months. - Hanging Gardens ,Mohandeseen , The project is a competition for the ministry of affairs regarding an investment project for the ministry of internal affairs to serve the government vision of economical growth for the country. The project holds a commercial sector and office building to achieve the maximum benefit and efficiency for the requested goal. Acting in this project as the Project Designer issuing the schematic design phase ,duration of the project is 1 month. - Libya Entertainment Park, Libya , The project is a Theme park of area 30,000 m2 as a governmental project including several architectural and utility buildings to serve the vision of the government of Libya through the entertainment business investment. The project consists of 4 zones which are:  Commercial Zone  Kinder Zone  Aqua Park Zone  Amusement Rides Zone Acting in this project as a project manager issuing the conceptual and final schematic design phases ,duration of the project is 3 months. - Katameya Land Food Court, Katameya , The project is a recreational building of area 2500 m2 including several Food Outlets and Restaurants forming the dominating food court sections. Also including a Bookstore, Bookshop, Multi Purpose Halls and an Outdoor Theatre with the spirit of Sakyet Al-Sawy. Acting in this project as Project Manager issuing the design development, final design and tender documents phases ,duration of this project is 5 months. - Mr.Alaa Afifi Residence, Allegria , The project is a residential luxurious unit of plot area of 2200 m2 responsible for the Design Development,Final Design and Tender Documents acting as a Project manager ,duration of this project is 3 months. - Mr.Walid Dinana Residence, New Cairo, The project is a residence occupying gross area of 600 msq introducing an environmental solution parallel to the post modern architectural design to emerge the extinguished design implemented to cope with the nature of the area responsible for the full project from conceptual design phase till the Tender Documents Phase , duration of this project is 3 months. - Educational Building Competition, Kalubia , The project is a competition introducing an educational building (school) to revive the educational philosophy long forgotten.The main philosophy of the project was to perform the integration of the educational stages emphasized by the integration of the land plot itself and the usage of the modern design to conclude the final design proposed, duration of this project is 2 months. -
