When I log in to find my next amazing brand client for the day, for whom I will make a lovely logo for, there are two numbers that stick out on my page to me: a 19% repeat hire rate powering me to a “top 2%” distinction of the over 50 million users on Freelancer! These numbers certainly give me something to stand on for the day – enough to creatively power my next branding collaboration! They are nice…but you know what I think enables that? The freedom and professional flexibility I feel from being an independent freelancer. Ask any true artist – you find inspiration in unprovoked, unseeming places. To make a timeless logo, one must search the world for discovery, finding something special to latch onto and bring into the future. My logo designs, ad flyers, business cards, and even social media posts come with this level of thoughtfulness and detail: I don’t take the moniker “Logo Guru” lightly!!
