Professional IT Consultant with over 20 years of hands-on experience and a wide array of technical skills and knowledge. During my first technical role, I worked as an administrative assistance for the human resource department of Penn State University, which included data entry tasks, managing excel spreadsheets, organizing and storing files, proof-reading data, recording and relaying messages, scheduling meetings and appointments as well as proof-reading emails and taking phone calls. After college I worked as a business systems analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase, writing marketing programs for the conglomerate's credit card products and services. In this role, I quickly developed better typing skills, sharper attention to detail, time-management, task management, project management, and quality assurance. I also became very accustomed to working with huge amounts of data, and the ability to gather, filter, and manipulate data for deep and insight market research and analysis. Following this role, I worked as a clinical specialist where I developed more valuable skills using spreadsheet formulas, SQL, PowerPoint, and Word. I was responsible for collecting data to create reports and presentations for the company's review. I have acquired over 12 years of experience defining and writing clear detailed business requirements, requests for proposal, technical specification documents, process flows, PowerPoint presentations, and reports via Excel, Word, and/or Visio. I am also well versed in conversion of files (PDF, HTML, Text). Web design, web development, template design, Facebook Ads, eCommerce, digital marketing, social media management, and business planning. After this role, I went on to work as a business analyst for large companies such Coventry Health Care, Aetna, Highmark, and Assurant.
