Ongoing Web Developer / Web Designer needed - Expert in PHP , HTML5 expert, Must be Fast

BUYER BEWARE - Incompetence at its worst! This guy doesn't deserve a dime. I gave him a simple task of an html website with forms and he could not complete the task nor had any sense of design. I spent nearly 20 hours in the design. He is NOT an expert in PHP He is NOT an expert in HTML 5 He is NOT an expert in HTML nor basic web design / functionality 101. He's an amateur at best. DO not waste your money and time with this company person or whatever his daily persona is. ANd to top it off, he is blaming me for his shoddy work. HE refuses to click on the LIVE site to see the errors in functionality, while stating "its working on his demo server locally." The WORST! And by the way.. Talking to him is so frustrating. My pet Yorkie is 1000 times more intelligent. No stars and a waste of 400 bucks plus my time. Now I reposted the ad with the hopes of finding a super designer/coder in html5 / php.

I hired Inventive Galaxy for my product website. At first I wasn't sure because of the low bidding cost but after a personal chat with the person in charge, I was confident enough that these guys could get it done. It could have been a gamble but it has worked out well for me. The guys stay in contact not just via freelancer.com, but uses other ways such as email and skype to make sure they are doing what I need them to be doing. My website may be bit complicating but they have figured out a system where it allows me to have a full control of the website once the website design is done and is uploaded to the server. In other words, my website was created dynamic, giving me an admin page to add/delete posts, articles or photos. I am very much satisfied with working with this crew and I am sure they will be able to fulfill your need, on budget and on time.
