, I’m currently studying to become an electronic and telecommunication technician, and I have more than 8 years of experience in the BPO industry, in customer service, tech support and data verification. I got analytical skills that help me understand and work on simple and complex processes, I’m detail oriented, proactive and work great under pressure to meet deadlines I have agreed upon. As a customer service rep for a Telecommunication Line of Business, I learnt how to handle difficult customers by providing resolution to situations regarding their products or services, also got the chance to develop my communication skills in English, since I had to provide explanation on their billing, and to negotiate in case there were mistakes from the company’s end. I also got experience in booking, payments and handling special requests for an Airline. As a tech support engineer I had to document, diagnose and provide solutions when possible to hardware problems, also I had to create Return Material Authorization cases for defective parts, keep track of the resolution or, if necessary, to escalate to a different department that could provide better assistance. As a sales verification representative I had to verify information, making sure all the procedures follow the guidelines established by the verification company. As of my strengths, I follow instructions, I’m dedicated and committed to whatever task I’m assigned, I’m willing to learn from new experiences and mistakes (coachable), responsible and always on time. I’m looking for a job opportunity that allows me to learn and earn some money while I study.
