I'm looking for someone that can speak multiple languages, English would be one of them but if you could speak Dutch, German, Russian or another language next to it this is also good. You can start managing our projects, clients and create new work. One of the most important things I'm looking for is someone that is precize, doesn't have a 9 to 5 mentality and knows how to be tough but fair on developers and partners. I'm not interested in your hourly amount but what you could save and bring for the company. You should be very good in maintaining working relations and can multi task.
