You’ll be working on a remote level and are required to document any changes you make to the apps and database.
We have an Applicant Tracking System ‘ATS’ with thousands of records.
We had an app build within our ATS that sends out an automatic birthday-greeting by looking up the birthday field and then grabbing a specific template and making a note in the system.
The app is completed; however, we had issues with the communication between the app and the MS Exchange server. (At that time, we didn’t have an IT guy who was able to help in resolving that issue; now we do and he can help with opening up ports, etc.) We just need for someone to look into this app and “connect the dots” so that we can let the birthday greetings begin. :)
