Looking for a long term SEO Builder. We are a growing marketing company in the US and we will keep you busy and rewarded for job well done.

This is a test project spread over 8 Weeks. There are 3 keywords that need to be optimized for search engines (Google). If all is good and we are happy with your work - you will get another similar bid request to be done in parallel.

Promoting:

I already have link building plan I want you to follow and spread over 8 weeks. These are deliverables after 8 weeks:

-64 Social Bookmarks

-8 Ezine Articles Submission (Will give article content)

-20 article submissions to article directories (Will give article contents)

-26 PR Links (PR: 0-4) from variety of links:blogs, forum, websites, edu.

Want PR links to links to be evenly distribuled among PR sources: example: 2 from PRO, 2 from PR1, 2from PR2..you get the idea

-On Page Optimization

1)If you can provide content and spin articles.

2)If you can get me EDU links or High PR links above >4. Will be needing only 5 of above 26 links to be PR > 4.

Within 24 hours of of accepting this project I want:

-On page optimization on 2 keywords to be done. 1 Page for each keyword.

On acceptance I will give a full 8 week plan outlining what exactly I need: seo pages,links, articles, and directories. This plan will specify the distribution of above link types for each week.

Every 7 days I expect the following report:

Deliverable:

Every 7 days for the next 8 weeks I want to see:

• The URL, PR and Alexa of the Hompage

• The URL, PR and Alexa of the page the link is placed on

• The anchor text used on each link

• Date of submission

• C-Class IP of the main Website

What is your biggest SEO success story? What is the most competive keyword you have reached to top 1-10?

Guidelines:

- Absolutely NO Black hat or gray hat tactics. We require White Hat techniques only.

- Links must be permanent

- Links must be free, non-paid links

- Links must be non-reciprocal (one way links)

- Links must be totally static to our website

- Links must be manually submitted. Using automated software or techniques is NOT acceptable.

- Links should be from top level, english language domains, preferably all American websites.

- Links MUST be from sites relevant to the industry of our website.

- Absolutely NO links from websites with a google penalty or google ban

- Links must contain the targeted keywords in the anchor text [a list will be supplied]

- Each link must be from completely different C class IP addresses

- No more than 20 outbound links on the page where link is placed

- Sites already linked to our site will not be counted

- Links must be in text, no graphics!

- All links must be visible and readable (no hidden links)

- No freely hosted sites such as geocities, tripod, etc

- No cloaking, no redirects, no dynamically generated links, no link farms, no free for all's (FFA's) unless its relevant to our industry, no spam sites, no link schemes, no scraper sites, no mirror sites, no links within frame or iframe, no flash pages, no javascript, no link exchange or web rings, no forums, no blog comments, no guestbooks, no classifieds, no illegal sites, no mouseovers, no ping sites, no links within newsgroups.

- Links cannot be from porn, gambling/casino, pharmacy/drug, indecent, questionable, unethical or illegal content sites.

- No sponsored links, advertisers, links, ads or similar

- All links must be DO-Follow. nofollow tags or [url removed, login to view] blocking are not acceptable.

- No links from directories unless specifically related to our industry

- Google guidelines for building links must be followed.

- All Links domains should be different (different ip too)

Please Note: Failure to meet my guide lines or deliverables will result in the termination of the project agreement and payment will not be made. So Please only bid if you are a confident link builder

** Future projects might have specific PR request for each backlink.

Payment:

I will pay out the full amount on verification of the links.

For every link that does not fit the above criteria we will deduct as follows or you can find another link:

$3.00-$5.00 for any pr link, $2.00 for article, $1.00 for bookmark. If you are confident link builder - this

will never be an issue.
