Interactive scatter plot rendered in the Browser (using Python libaries)

--> The goal is to create a custom scatterplot for a website, where the data source are tables contained in a csv file on a server. Further, the shown data points should be connected by arrows which are defined in a second *.csv file on the server
--> Preexisting open source or licensed sultions may be used (like Django, mpld3, highcharts,...)
