I'm looking for a skilled developer to augment logic in my current WooCommerce Lottery Plugin. Right now, the system randomly selects winners regardless of the total earnings. I require a modification to the existing functionality to define a set earning amount before a winner is selected.
Ideal skills and experience for this job would be:

- Have a firm understanding of the lottery systems and its mechanics
The task involves:
- Adding new functionality for the plugin to calculate total earnings
- Setting a rule that triggers winner selection only once the earnings are a specified amount above the prize fee
- Thorough testing to ensure the changes work as expected and don't break any existing functionality
This is for the instant wins and there will be multiple prizes to be won within each prize at different values.
