Hello, I Would like to create an app that will basically mange pick-up orders to multiple providers from multiple locations. This should be an easy steb by step form.
The website needs to manage , store and notify parties accordingly on what is specified on the form and, once submitted, should generate a PDF document as shown on the doc attached on page 1.
One page shoul be the form, the other should be the history with status (see attached document), then the other page should allow to update pending pich up request to mark as picked up and allow to take a picture of the pick up confirmation from driver.
This needs to work on mobile phone and should be web based.
This app should be intuitive and easy to use and should make it easier by generating the form in pdf and notifying provider of the request (along with the pdf request) automaticly by email .
In the email sent to the provider, there should be an easy button to press that will confirm that they will pick up as planned and will automaticly update the status of the pick up from PENDING to something like SCHEDULED BY PROVIDER.
