A mobile friendly web form that we can add to our server which at the bare minimum allows us to take orders with the ability to calculate a total based on the item ordered combined with the mileage distance from our HQ (google maps api?).

Would also be nice if it could check calendar availability (google calendar?, google drive?) and process payments ([login to view URL]).

* CC payment processing

Background: The website is currently hosted on Weebly however we can host the form on another platform if Weebly is too limiting.
