Need a web based Screen/ script writing system in PHP - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING -- 2

So here is more about project.

I need a web based screen writing software, I am myself a developer but busy with other projects so don't have time for this one.

So here is some of features I wish to have...

1. Basic Text editor with all the text formatting

2. Screen writing standard formatting, please have a look at the references

3. it should be web based

4. PHP preferred

5. should support multiple user accounts (Along with their past works)

6. feasibility switching on/ off for charging money to use the service

7. should import and export written script into industry standard formats specially .fdx

8. unique features combined from all the 3 references given above

9. I am okay with simple design, don't need any fancy, it should be flawless in functioning, I am attaching the design of what front end should look like, something similar to that will work for me.

10. Admin dashboard for user management and stats about users time spent in writing also managing the payment functionality.

If you have RTL solution or something in same direction, do share the url or demo.

Payment terms: 4 milestones

1. 25% After 25% work (includes screen writing formatting)

2. 25 % after import & export and multi user functionality

3. 25% after admin panel

4. 25% after testing and at the time of handover

I will provide FTP and phpmyadmin access
