I am working on the beginnings of a website idea and am using an old shopify theme that is not mobile friendly.

I am not looking to make the entire site mobile friendly right now but would like the home page and shop page CONTENT to be responsive. - It needs media queries and a manipulation of the grid system and inline-blocks.

See the 3 main content boxes? Id like this to be able to go from 5 content boxes (wide screens) all the way down to 1 content box (Mobile screens) and be responsive.

Similarly below instead of 4 boxes per row id like up to 6 boxes per row. Again being responsive so it display correctly on mobile.

So I want the site content to have additional boxes per row and reaching a larger width for larger devices.

Please let me know how much this would cost.

It would take like 8 media queries and a small amount of manipulation to the already existing grid system. I am asking for 2 content blocks to be modified. If I wanted to pay 263 i would of just purchased a more advanced template. I dont really wana pay more then 60$ tops. I am just testing out an idea.
