The site is in Japanese but I will supply a full Image of what is to be scraped in ENGLISH as I read Japanese.
Get Products from Categories and Insert into Our Categories

with Size Charts, Stock Availability, Pricing, Pictures.
We need to be able to collect the Discount Price and the Retail Price. Our Crawler will add the Retail price to our DB for the products.
Need to add the products to both English and Japanese sides of the site but when inserting into the English side there is no translation required. I will do that in another project.
The crawler should check products already in the database regularly during the day also and if it finds there are some without any Inventory. (The target site works in a real time inventory system) Then the product is disabled and not shown to the customer.
AS MUCH ON SCREEN OUTPUT AS POSSIBLE IS REQUIRED. So, the crawler working should be viewable, There should be a manual Stop Start URL I cna type at least and an Automated version.
