PHP Site Fix

I have a site created using a PHP Header, Footer and center page. The center page alignment on each page is off. Their is a right and left hand tool box which got skewed to different sizes on each center page. I need the left and right hand bar to be separated into different PHP files and each page should be aligned correctly centered under the top navigation file. Their are approximately 99 html pages. Each page utilizes different JavaScript functions and perl/cgi. Looking for someone who can fix this alignment issue on the entire site.
