plugin for dolphin 6.1.x

We need a plugin for dolphin which a member shout be able to play poker with a other member. I dont not who is the best way to realise that. It should be possible to add a point-system, which exist in dolphin, to take as money to pay to play poker. It should be very good added in dolphin whith the user-db from dolphin, that a registration is only needed in dolphin. Further it should be possible to switch the language like in dolphin with a langauagesystem or someting like that.

And how i say, the as easy as possible.
