Write a Multiple Choice Quizzes/Test(s) – NO CODE NEEDED

I require a 12 question multiple choice Test(s)/Quiz(zes) to test users knowledge of different computer languages and applications (Excel, Dreamweaver etc).

NO PROGRAMMING OR CODE REQUIRED. I only require textual information. You can send me the project as a word document. I need someone with good English skills who understands a computer language well. You can write more than one test depending on your knowledge.
