I require development of the Home page of a website, following very detailed specifications.
In addition i require to implement 5 pop up windows and javascript that is implemented behind those windows (most of this script is already available and needs some modifications).
The project requires good understanding of php and mysql and implementation of scripts already available. Requires implementation of UTF-8 and/or hebrew character encoding, RTL pages but does NOT require knowledge of hebrew language.
If the work is completed satisfactorily, the developer shall have preference to do the project for the addition and modifications to the back end (admin section) of this website.
