We need to build a CTI Adapter using [url removed, login to view] that connects all the calling functionality data and video
with Asterisk and Salesforce
You must be having good hands on knowledge of implementing webrtc and 3 main task of acquiring audio and video, comunicating audio and video , communicating arbitary data
You must have a good understanding of concepts such as
RTCPeerConnection : Audio and video communication between peers
RTCDataChannel , RTCSession Description , Stun and Run
Very important that you understand the MCU architecture ( Multi Point Control Unit large N-way Call )and the beniits of it over Turn and Stun Architecture
Web RTC is ideal to be hosted on Google AppEngine or Amazon Webservices architecting a scalable solution as the number of users increase and multiple call centers and callers get routed threw the webrtc
You must be able to guide us the right architecture on how we can scale up this solution for mutiple call centers
1) Use Case will be a Multiple instance or Salesforce Org being connected to a WebRTC and one single Asterisk managing multiple call center request
2) Use Case will be a Multiple instance of Salesforce Org being connected to a WebRTC and one mulitple Asterisk being hosted and being dedicated to managing multiple call center request

Feature scope:
Login and authenticate with Open Office Phones Asterisks PBX system
Screen pop on incoming and outgoing calls based on received and placed calls that are matched to the corresponding record in CRM.

Make outgoing calls from within the [url removed, login to view] user interface
Integrated call control: answer, Release, Conference, Transfer call from within the [url removed, login to view] user interface

Call reporting: run detailed reports on call usage by employees and track down which customers are calling in most frequently
