PHP scrips to scrab mobile prices from two different sites

I want to collect all mobile phone prices from the following two sites:
1- [login to view URL]
2- [login to view URL]
The output should be a list of phones, each phone should contain the following details:
- Mobile brand and model (also if other details are available like memory, dual card, etc...)
- Price
- Link to buy/more details for the mobile phone
The script should be written in PHP, I want clear and easy to understand code. I have many other websites, if I am satisfied with your work, I will hire you again for more work.
Any automated, non related, bid amount exceeding the maximum price limit will be ignored!
