Joomla 1.5.8 native Membership Componente

I need a Membership Componente for joomla 1.5.8 native

Requirements:

Restrict access for selectet Sektions and Kategories with all Articles inside this sektions and kategories

When a User call a link with restricted access should be the follow scenario

he will be redirected to a page where he can see this is memberarea with the possibility to login if he have a valid membership or he can select from the avaible packages and proceed the payment by paypal,2checkout, moneybookers,epoch,ccbill or worldpay

once the payment is done and checked we need a automatic account generation the login datas username and apassword will be send by email to the new user.

usepanel show remaining time and purchased membership give the possibility to upgrade or renew membership

in adminpanel we need follow

add membership plans 1,3,6,12 months ect

select the restricted areas (sektion kategories and below or only sektion kategorie or article all from joomla content)

add promotioncode (% or value)so users get a discount with the promotioncode.

add timereminder where we can select or insert how much days before the membership expire the user will get a email

define emailcontent from send userdata email, reminder email

overview payments

overview memberships

send email to all users send email to inactive users (expired memberships)

this need work with disalow registration because the accounts need be registerd automatic behind payment is done and checked

we need all functions from this componente including functions are listet above [url removed, login to view];view=article&article=15&Itemid=9

no changes on corefiles from joomla need be a componente what you can install like all other avaible components without to change something on joomla maincode

also the selct membership and payment pages need be look professional
