hot or not plus messenger contact importer

here is basically the work we would require, so please let me know the estimated price for the work. We would need it in French but we could translate it ourself if necessary words are stored in a language file. Our need is actually a mix of your products seen on the Internet and in readymade script websites plus an advance admin.

- hot ot not solution with advance registering form.

the form is the typical userneme, password, country, date of birth + 10 questions (ticking) so the new member lets us now about his tastes and interests (sport, culture, etc. we will supply the list). All collected info must be placed in a database (MySql).

pictures must be automatically resized we have GD and IM on server

pictures must NOT be public until validated by us

people cannot vote unless they register (have the possibility to activate or not this limit from our admin)

- contact importer for Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, AOL

we need to be able to configure from the admin a text that is sent to the collected member's contacts to invite them to join the site

I've seen contact importer that support contact other that .com (ie: .fr, .[url removed, login to view]) as hotmail offers different extentions

This feature would be used as a registration second step.... ie: "And now invite your friend to rate your picture and let you know if your hot or not"

- advance admin

We need an advance admin side so we can manage all contacts according to their answers in the registration form.

Let's say I want to know which contact is interested in Sport, his age ranges from 30 to 40 and is from such or such country.

Then we can either retrieve the list in .csv format

Or go to an internal mailer where we can use the list to send a given message introducced in a specific message field
