Designer for designing items with photos from instagram

We are going to start a buisness, that will sell products with images that the customer imports from his/her instagram account. They log in to their instagram account, and chooses a image. then they can adjust the image to make it look nice on ether the iPhone cover, mug, memory stick, t-shirt or another availible product. They will then push the Order button and are transfered to a page they fill inn delivery information, for then be sent to the payment page.

The design needs to be clean and nice. It needs to be smooth and have the "instagram feeling". Below I have mentioned some features that we maby want, depending on the price, so please give a price for each function and a total price for them all.

- Mobile version - web based

- Mobile version - app with the functionality to upload through camera roll as well.

- The cusomer can make collections and place multiple images besides each other and so.

As an update, the user wont need to log in ether, maybe only type his/her username, and get the images up from his/her profile. And then also the possebility of searching hashtags.
