Credit cards comparison site

I am looking to create a credit card comparison site ( affiliate site )

I want an backend where i can "easily" add cards / categories / card pic / card info / card rate etc ( note : all creative/text is provided in html as it contains links from card companies ) , so that it is easily searched/compared from the front end.

I would like to have the compare credit cards feature by selecting up to 3 credit cards.

I want the site to be search engine friendly and pleasing on the eye .

I want logo and all site graphics included ( noting above the ordinary )

Provision for other "tabs" ie Car loans,Mortgages,etc

Adapting a CMS is fine , as long as it works and looks good.

I am happy to provide hand drawn layout for each page needed and what the logo as well.
